Congratulations to chef Àngel Rodríguez of the Carballeira restaurant in Lleida for his well-deserved national award for Hospitality in Spain 2020 as a chef and entrepreneur promoting the fish and seafood sector and cuisine.

For Spain’s Hospitality, the award recognizes “the professional trajectory in the hospitality industry that, in a self-taught way, has managed to locate its restaurant in the highest of the great restaurants in its segment. According to the national federation, its Carballeira restaurant is considered by many gastronomic specialists a “cathedral” of seafood and seafood, an “embassy” of Galicia in the interior of Catalonia.
