Riberach is a Spa Gastronomic Celler Hotel designed and built in an ancient Bélesta cooperative winery in the Eastern Pyrenees, just over thirty kilometers from Perpignan. A little more than a third of the building continues to house the current Riberach winery, while the old concrete tanks have become comfortable rooms

with a view to the vineyards and the center of the old cellar is now the restaurant La Coopérative run by Laurent Lemal with Michelin star. The interior architecture and the olive tree in the middle of the dining room are some of the curiosities that attract the attention of the visitor. Before leaving, it is recommended to visit the wine shop.
