La Guinelle, the art of good handmade vinegar with Banyuls wines

Natalie Lefort, from the Le Guinelle vineyard, has been working for nineteen years since 1999, producing natural vinegar surrounded by mountains and vineyards in Cosprons, the heart of the town of Port-Vendres on the Red Coast of the French department of the Pyrenees-Orientales.
